The ValiD database is a collection of atomised ‘ground-truth’ test data sets, which can be used primarily in the Validation of Mobile Device and Computer Forensic Methods. 

The Test Data sets are atomised making the process modular: you can select the standardised modules you wish to employ with minimum reconfiguration overhead.

Data sets are available that have varying degrees of complexity, size, and corruption profile.
